Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is Processed and shipped from our warehouse, please not this time is to ensure quality and satisfaction of your order. Please note that orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Time will begin processing at our fulfillment warehouse the following business day. For backordered items, orders begin processing as soon as the backordered item is returned to stock. You can expect your order to ship 1-2 business days after the backordered item is returned to stock. Certain items may need a longer processing time. If any item will take longer than normal processing times, we will include the actual processing time in the item description. We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by emailing us at support@stitchclothingco.com.


At this time we do not offer international shipping through our website. Please email us atorders@stitchclothingco.com with the items you would like to purchase as well as your shipping address. Please not all international orders will be processed through PayPal and must be shipped to your billing address.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help.

You may return your item within 7 days from the date you received it for exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with the original receipt or proof of purchase. After 7 days, or without original receipt or proof of purchase, if item is unused, unworn, and unwashed you may be eligible for store credit. Please email us at support@stitchclothingco.com to request Return Authorization Number, please include “Requesting RMA Number for Order XXXXX” in the subject line. Please clearly write Return Authorization Number on return packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or ship out your new item. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
